Arnold Schwarzenegger's Plane Makes Emergency Landing

A plane carrying California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was forced to make an emergency landing Friday afternoon, and the first news came from the Governor himself who shared the story on Twitter. The plane was forced to land at Van Nuys airport 10 minutes after taking off from Santa Monica Airport, west of Los Angeles.

Spokesman Aaron McLear says the pilot made a quick and steep landing at 6:23 p.m. Los Angeles City fire crews met the jet on the runway.

There were no flames and no one was injured.
